To give back to the community and enrich the lives of every Central Ohio resident…While that motto is not the actual CAPA mantra, it very well could be as this organization definitely “gives back and enriches” the entire Central Ohio community. The importance of having access to the many and varied artistic, as well as cultural experiences, that are available to the areas populace, is something that cannot be undervalued or underrated.
All of the “cultural experiences” that CAPA ( The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts) provides to Central Ohio, require sponsorship and support. This is where Nationwide Insurance stands up and represents the firm in so many ways.
FESTIVAL LATINO 2011
Nationwide Insurance has always supported, any and all community-based associations and organizations. This is the Nationwide Insurance company philosophy, and it is derived from the firm’s humble beginnings in Columbus, Ohio. That support was seen today at the 2011 Latino Festival where Bob Malhotra of Nationwide Insurance occupied a booth.
Supporting the Arts: Good for the Community, Good for the Economy, Good for You
We caught up with Bob right after he had a sit down with Diana Pagan of CAPA and the Community Service Manager of the event. Here is what the two business leaders had to say about the growth of the Latino Festival and how Nationwide Insurance has had, and still does, play a big part in the success and ongoing growth of that spectacular, multi-faceted event…
“In addition to individual financial contributions, we also rely on corporate support and volunteerism to help us fulfill CAPA’s Mission. Nationwide Insurance has been such a great contributor and supporter of one event in particular, The Festival Latino”. Diana said.
“Thank you Diana and it has been a pleasure helping to bring forth a very important part of any communities overall enrichment!” Nationwide takes special pride in offering everything we possibly can, in both financial contributions as well as hands-on Agent participation, as we feel that the support that we give is so very important to the general well-being of all Ohioans!” Bob Malhotra was quoted as saying.
Diana Pagan spoke about the growth of the CAPA organization and the special attention that Nationwide Insurance has given, each year, to help the Festival Latino grow and enrich the Central Ohio community. “With Nationwide On Our Side, how could we not grow?” Diana stated.
